Booking Request

Please complete and submit the form below.  We will review your request and check if the dates and times are available.  If so we will confirm your booking and contact you to discuss your catering requirements. We will then require a deposit of 20% of the booking fee. We will hold your booking for 10 days.

Television/dvd player/ white board/flip chart/overhead projector and CD player are available on request.

Conditions of Booking

Any meal cancelled within 48 hours of the event will be charged at half price.

No activities, displays or publications arising from meetings at Shekinah Christian Trust, which may bring the Trust into disrepute, are permitted.

The individual group is responsible for insuring all equipment brought into the centre.

Persons will be mindful of other users of the centre.

Children and young people with groups must be supervised at all times.

Premises are to be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Shekinah Christian Trust reserves the right to refuse any booking which is deemed unsuitable.

Shekinah has a policy of not excluding anyone on the grounds of cost.
